What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I like to offer mini sessions throughout the year for those who are concerned about pricy investments. Everyone deserves their memories to be captured to share for a lifetime without breaking the bank.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to get to know the client’s vision for the shoot! I want to know every detail and I even like to help assist with planning wardrobes and personal looks for each person if a client is unsure! Once I can feel the vibe of what kind of shoot their looking for, I brainstorm ideas for the flow of the session and send it over to the client so that we are on the same page of what to expect.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I honestly have nothing to prove my education with photography but I’ve learned along the way and I have been working with a few photography companies for nearly 3 years now! I feel confident in my work even without proper schooling for it.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father was a photographer part time when I was younger so I always enjoyed playing with his camera and taking pictures when we traveled! I took a leap of faith to get into photography and it has been fulfilling ever since! I love making clients happy and creating memories that are priceless!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All customers are welcomed here of any type. We all deserve mutual respect.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I don’t have a recent creative project but I have a few projects in mind that I’m hoping to complete soon! My first creative project was a banger though! I got to work along side a makeup artist and a friend which was their first time modeling. It was a first for all of us with a fun, colorful, glamour look for Spring! It took us maybe 4-6 hours for the whole process from makeup, settings things up, photographing, and girl talk 😂

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always view their style of work! You do not want to make the mistake of hiring someone blindly! Make your shoots special by putting extra thought into outfits, studio selections, and personalized props! It makes a huge difference when there’s creativity involved. All the details matter!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always ask about what’s included in your packages! A lot of photographers run their business differently and you need to know exactly that you’re getting money’s worth!
