Introduction

I love photography, and I can’t stop taking pictures. People, places, things. If it moves or sits, it's worthy of my full attention! But let's get real. Hey friend! My name is Guillaume but my friends just call me Guy. It's a french name which is essentially William or Guillermo in french. I am a photographer here in Salt Lake City as well as Dallas Fort-Worth and Denver areas. For years I have been passionate about cultivating a moment that means more to you than you realize, as well as making sure it tells a story that will last forever. I have extensive experience with corporate, commercial, family, event, and wedding photography, and am shooting with multiple companies every single week. I've found the most rewarding experience in this line of work are the people I meet. Whatever your moment might be, I hope to be a part of it.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Let's have a chat for all rates and package options!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Once clients have decided I'm the right guy for the job, it's as simple as waiting for the big day! During the shoot, I will work to give you the shots you want, plus add a little flare of my own. My process guarantees an easy and enjoyable shoot - because let's be honest - if you weren't having fun the pictures will show it. Depending on the project size, you will either have a sneak peak within a few days, followed by full gallery delivery within two weeks. The gallery will be delivered by text and email, which provides a link to the gallery that only you can access along with a download code to ensure you get the best quality. As for payment, it is always due after the shoot in full. For projects more than $500, a contract will be required along with a 20% down payment to lock in the date for your event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been a photographer for nearly a decade, and have worked with countless companies and clients in the Utah, Colorado and Texas areas. I have shot all over the world and have experience with all kinds of opportunities. Despite that, I still welcome you to challenge me!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
The first time I fell in love with the shutter sound was when my father bought me my first camera. After law school I found I was not as passionate working and slaving away for the man. I was lucky enough to meet the love of my life who recognized how passionate I was about photography, and gave me the push to pursue it full time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
From families, to small businesses, to babies, to birthdays, to rock bands, to weddings, to fishermen, to corporate headshots, to journalism, and engagements, I aspire to see and take on it all. There is no shot not worth taking so long as a memory is made.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
All projects are my children, and all clients are my friends. Each one is unique and just as fun.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Find a photographer who can give you the experience and style that you are looking for. Make sure they are willing to listen, and understand that in any event of doubt, they will still be able to deliver a quality product. Each photographer is unique in their shooting and editing style so it is important that you find the right style that accommodates your vision for the day.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should think about what they want to wear, and provide similar images that can demonstrate to the photographer what they are looking for. Additionally, I have found the best quality memories come when the client is relaxed and having fun. Because why do it if it's painful?
