Introduction

Hi there! I work hard and do my very best to make sure every customer is highly satisfied. I may not be the least expensive option but I make every dollar count! I have a quick turn around time and you’ll receive your edited gallery within a week (some exceptions included) I have 7 years experience as a photographer and am constantly learning new things. My prices are fairly negotiable. I’m willing to adjust the price to make things work best for you. I’m excited to work with you! If you have any questions, please check out the Frequently Asked Questions section below or reach out!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is competitive. I do offer discounts for certain types of shoots from time to time so make sure you ask! I charge an additional fee for travel (usually $30 or less) if it’s more than 30 minutes travel time for me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When you reach out, I’ll ask what it is you’re looking for in your photos. If you have some inspiration images, I’ll ask for those, but it’s not required. I want to get a feel for what you envision for your shoot. When beginning a session, we’ll go through the inspiration images and recreate those first. After that, I’ll pose you or take candid shots until we feel like we have enough (you’ll typically get 20-40 edited photos). At the end of the shoot, I’ll ask for payment and ask you to send me your email address so I can share your gallery with you. I require full payment before I send your gallery to you. About a week after the photo shoot, I’ll send you an email with your gallery to download and view as you wish!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have 4 years experience as a photographer. I am constantly learning new things. If you see a photo you want to recreate, let me know and we can give it a shot. It may not come out exactly as the inspo photo but I assure you it will still look amazing!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I was gifted a camera once upon a time and fell in love with it immediately. I’ve been doing photography since high school but started officially taking family photos in 2018.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All kinds. I’ve worked with 3 day olds to 80 year olds. I’m not picky about who I work with and am open to working with any customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
There are so many great experiences to choose from. I love shooting maternity in the fall. Just some quick facts: Typically portrait/family sessions take anywhere from 30-60 minutes. I get the photos back to my clients within a week.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure their style matches what you’re looking for. Ask how long it will take to get your photos back, and how many photos you are likely to get back from them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
As far as photography goes, it would be good to think about what kind of photos you want and where you would like to take them. If you don’t know, usually the photographer will have some good places and pose ideas.
