Best of Weddings on The Knot 2025 My name is Averi and I am a photographer that specializes in portraits, weddings/events, creative, and graduations. I got myself into photography after basically stealing my grandpa's camera (thanks grandpa!) and ever since I've loved capturing beautiful moments. My main goal for my photography is to capture those candid moments and give you the gift of forever memories. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do charge travel fees if the location of the session is 40 minutes or more from West Jordan, Ut.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I love to get to know you! I always set up a meeting before hand to make sure I know everything that you are looking for in this session! This can be in person or over video call!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been doing photography for 5 years now and I have taken classes in high school and have also worked as a photographer for school's yearbooks.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this after I stole my grandpa's camera!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types! I love meeting new people and making them smile.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I absolutely loved my recent wedding I did for a friend of mine. It was so beautiful and being able to capture every moment of it will always be in my heart.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get to know them! Personally, I become friends with my clients, and I love that!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What vibe are you going for? How long will it be? How many pictures would you like to receive? Do you know where you want the pictures done?
