Hi there! I’m Tori, the creative behind Tori Fielding Photography. Capturing life and it’s special moments has always been a passion of mine and being able to preserve those memories for my clients gives me great joy. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My session investments begin at $250 for a 30 minute session and increase based on the number of individuals and hours of service needed for a particular project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to get to know my clients before our session! I am here to be your biggest hype girl as well as someone you can trust. I aim to learn what my clients hope to get out of their experience with me and I also want to get to know them better as individuals. I feel I can better capture their essences if they're comfortable and know what they are getting from this experience. By the time my clients leave their session, I want them to know that they have got a new best friend! I often help coordinate outfits, suggest locations, and ask to see any images that inspire them for our session.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am constantly investing in myself and my business! I frequently attend workshops and styled shoots to continue evolving my craft and to get comfortable in any and all lighting situations. I have committed countless hours to learning new editing practices, composition styles, and tips to help improve my clients experience and final product. I LOVE what I do and there is rarely a day that goes by when I am not improving Tori Fielding Photography.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got my first camera at a very young age (When polaroids and disposables were still all the rage, ya know, 90's things!). As I got older, I fell even deeper in the love with the art form and it quickly became one of my most loved hobbies. I enjoy the process of composing and executing a photograph as well as capturing raw emotions in the moment. My favorite images pull at my heart strings to this very day. And now I get to do the same for my clients! I am now a full-time photographer capturing life's most special connections and moments.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I am primarily a wedding, engagement, and couples photographer but I also have a special place in my heart and offer sessions for families, maternity shoots, and individuals as well. I love meeting new people and I am always up for a new adventure!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently did a mother daughter session with a friend of mine that I particularly enjoyed. Most of my sessions take an hour depending on the session/event.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Talk to your photographer let them know what you want. Communication is the key to planning and executing a successful session. I absolutely would love to jump on a call as soon as you inquire with me! ***************************************

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Your photographer wants to know any and all details pertaining to your session or event. And most importantly they want to know how they can best serve you. For wedding and events, I will send out a questionnaire pertaining to itinerary and will schedule a call to chat about other details for your day. For sessions I help plan out details such as outfits, location advice, time of day recommendations for the style of images you are looking for, as well as posing tips and tricks.
