What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There are no hidden fees. My pricing is what you initially see. I’ve worked really hard to get the equipment that I have and I hope you can respect that as much as I respect and expect to give my 100% to give you the quality content that you are looking for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I like to make my costumers feel safe and comfortable. Particularly in a situation where they’re having their pictures taken from a stranger. I try to get an idea of what they’re looking for by asking questions and always making sure the material meets their expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I studied Communications with a minor in film production in college for three years. I still haven’t graduated due to personal reasons. I took various photography courses along those years at the university and worked with 3 different companies as part of my internship programs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My mom gave me my first camera (nikon d3200) when I turned 14 as a birthday present. I got into taking pictures ever since then.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with a lot of college students who needed their graduation pictures taken. I’ve also worked with bodybuilders who are often looking for someone who can capture their progress during their preparation until showtime. I once worked with a Doctor and we made a series of short videos of her explaining her job and what kind of results her costumers can expect. I’ve worked with Miss Guatemala 2012, we recorded an exclusive interview for a marketing company I worked for as an intern.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My recent project was a graduation photography session and it took around 1.5hrs to shoot. Post-production (editing) took me around 2-3hrs. I usually have the material ready 1-3 business days after the photoshoot, depending on the type.
