What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Set rates for various types of Photoshoots. Purchases ( Photos, images, cards) are automatically discounted for purchases over $100.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First contact is *************. Tall as many times as we need to get all the arrangements finalized. Then contact gets signed. Finally the fun part- see shoot! Once done they can review and order online- but I’m always available if they have questions

On the grounds experience since 1999

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Daughter and I wanted something creative and people focused. We started out doing Santa Photos at our church

People all ages, events, small weddings, animals (cats, dogs, horses)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I’ve loved all y spring Senior Grads this year- each one was special and unique!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Think about what you want out of your Photoshoot. Will your photos tell your story (I hope we make that happen). Think about location, what to wear. Props. Indoor? Outdoor?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of shoot- indoor? Outdoor? Who will be in it. Date or time preferred? Is there something special they want me to capture?
