I am like a personal trainer telling you need to do exercise in gym as well as get your calories counted, I start with numbers and work out a system we can analyze what are your numbers going out and projections to come in. These numbers are first and key to creating any business plan. I don't use a template to just plug in your ideas. That will be driven by the numbers. Along with doing the numbers I advise on the structure of the business, legal issues and the steps at execution. We need to work on all of this at the same time to create the written business plan to present to others for investment and work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I start with $1000 to have meetings, pitch me your idea and lets make an overview of goals, documents needed and outline of the plan, lets discuss law, taxes and raising capital.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I meet with them and discuss the business idea. I learn where they are in the process of establishing the legal entity, ownership interest, intellectual property and revenue streams. I then try and make a bullet point written document that will outline the business plan and related documents as well as advise them on what legal work may need to be undertaken.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I taught at NYU, Columbia and lectured at Nova Law for 15 years for classes in - Business Plan Drafting - Law for Producers - Entrepreneur Clinic Attorney since 1992 I am an attorney in New York & Florida

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Was an advisor to a friends and then was asked to do more project in the Dot Com world, then was teaching it at NYU where I did more and more media projects

Start-Ups, Entrepreneurs, retail firms, import / exporting small tech companies, creative people in music, film, webcasts. I also have helped people with retails and online E-Commerce

I work on Business Plans for presentation of new companies with Immigration Applications for visa

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get started small and see about making an outline of work: keep expenses low until you see the project formulate
