What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our hourly rate is $50 per hour. We have a $500 minimum for most jobs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I schedule a call to go over the project details and goal. Then I send a detailed price quote and project agreement. We require a 50% deposit to get started and 50% on completion. Once the agreement is signed and send the customer a questionnaire to fill out and put together a creative brief. Through out the project we send frequent updates and provide as many revisions as needed to make sure the customer is 100% happy with the project

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and everyone on my team has degrees and extensive training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started by getting my degree. Then I began working. My first job was for Guest Informant and publication company. I've been doing this job for 20 years now and have worked with pretty much every industry.

I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and creative agencies, delivering award-winning designs across print, digital and experiential platforms. I have worked with top brands like Yamaha, Medtronic, LG, 3M, Cargill, Charmin, Jack Links, Boston Scientific, United Healthcare and Mayo Clinic.

Look at their portfolio and make sure you like their design style. Look at reviews and read of the project agreement carefully.
