What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is custom-built to fit your story, scope, and goals. We don’t use one-size-fits-all packages. Instead, we walk through your needs in a discovery call, then build a tailored proposal that outlines deliverables, timeline, and investment. We aim to produce videos that exceed expectations while remaining accessible for nonprofits, churches, and mission-driven businesses.
A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due at delivery before usage rights are transferred. Additional revision rounds or deliverables can be added at a flat rate if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a short discovery call. We’ll talk through your goals, scope, timeline, and any ideas you already have. From there, we send a customized proposal. Once it’s approved, we move into creative planning as needed—this can include scriptwriting, storyboarding, and production prep.
Every project moves through various pre-production, production, and post-production stages, but no two stories follow the same path. We keep you in the loop every step of the way, with up to three rounds of revisions included and final delivery in all the formats you need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While most of what we do has been refined through hands-on experience, we also invest in ongoing learning—everything from technical camera training and editing certifications to storytelling workshops, sound design intensives, and color grading courses. Our focus has always been on telling stories beautifully and effectively.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been carrying a camera since I was eight years old, growing up in the suburbs of Nairobi, Kenya. I’ve always loved sharing my perspective through visual mediums like drawing and photography. I learned early on about the power that video has to share stories and connect cultures - a passion I continue to pursue through filmmaking today.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily work with churches, Christian nonprofits, ministries, and values-driven small businesses. That said, we’re always open to any organization with a meaningful story to tell. Recent clients include Torchbearers International, Fuller Seminary, Africa Inland Mission, Decision Point Ministries, and more.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently worked with a small church in Wyoming on a short documentary that followed their story. It blended interviews, b-roll, and personal storytelling into a ten-minute film that is being used nationwide to inspire other churches. The project took 4 days of filming and about six weeks from kickoff to delivery, and has since been bringing people to tears (the good kind) as it makes its rounds.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who’s more interested in your story than just your script. Great video isn’t just about production value—it’s about clarity, connection, and purpose. A good video partner should ask great questions, listen well, and be as committed to your message as you are.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Who is this video really for, and what do you want them to feel or do after watching it?
What is your core message?
What are your non-negotiables (timing, budget, brand guidelines, tone)?
Do you need help developing the concept, or do you already have a vision?
Where will this video live (website, social, live events, etc.)?
