Introduction

Hello and welcome to my Thumbtack profile :) I think customers choose me over other designers because of my work but also because of the customer service I provide. When you love what you do not only do you become good at it but it also makes it so much easier to provide the customer service other designers or ad agencies aren't able to provide. From design to meeting my clients in person or over the phone. I love it! I dream, eat, sleep and live Graphic Design. Oh yes, my forte is logo design. I also design postcards, business and brochures, t-shirts and much much more! :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am flexible when it comes to pricing. I can charge by the hour or by project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with quick phone call and go over all of their needs first, then we go over the process, samples, turnaround times and payment. This is also a good time to address any concerns they may have :)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I continue my education on a normal basis. It is essential for me to know what's working now a days and what's not. It's just as important for me to stay on top of my computer, graphics skills.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love art and computers. This is a happy medium for both. LOVE IT!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've done just about anything. My forte is logo design but I also designe websites, brochures, business cards, t-shirts, direct mail, and marketing

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Channel's 13 Ohios NEWS logo. Took me a couple of days and I was excited to see it play on TV.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advice them not to settle for less, most designers do the job as fast as possible just to jump on the next project. I love what I do and I take pride on not only my work but also in building a great customer experience and partnership.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I usually ask for examples of something they've seen in the past, I then follow up and ask what is it that they like about its me go from there. This usually answers most of my questions and helps us move in the right direction.
