What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Initial consultation to understand the business objectives, and pain points. 2. Proposal and agreement- Based upon consultation, will go over pricing and the scope of work being completed. 3. Strategy Development- Develops the strategy to whatever the specific needs are, phase also includes the KPIs we will be using. 4. Implementation and creation of content. The phase where we are actively creating and posting on all accounts. 5. Monitoring and adjusting of the content strategy. 6. Review and report back. Have an additional consultation to go over any changes that need to be made.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As an insurance agent, I quickly realized the need for a constant flow of leads. Began my journey on Facebook ads and Instagram. Quickly transitioned into also managing the agencies Google ads listing, as well as LinkedIn. Then went on to help local businesses in my area acquire leads, generate social media strategies, and optimize SEO.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was able to take a mom and pop shop with no intentions of social media marketing, to having a strong paid advertising presence consistently generating leads. Was able to get the cost per lead to $8 in an industry where the average is $25 per lead. With a strong influencer marketing program, and a paid ad campaign, we brought returning clients to this business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Go through a complete consultation before making your decision. With the boom of social media marketing, a lot of people are trying to get their foot in the door, however only few have successful track records.
