Hi! My name is Andy and I’ve been teaching guitar, bass, drums and piano since 1993. From music conservatories to public schools, it has been my life’s mission to inspire kids and adults of any background and help guide them on their own musical journey.

I do offer discounts for Skype lessons!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Simple! We schedule a time for the lesson and meet. Everyone is always happy to get started on their musical journey and take it to new levels!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated with honors from Berklee College of Music in Boston MA, and have received further teacher training from the various schools and music conservatories I’ve had the pleasure of being a staff member.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started giving private music lessons while I was in high school and continued event after graduation from Berklee College of Music.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with people from all over the world from age 4 to 82. I have had students in Minnesota, Boston, New York, Los Angeles and I even gave a guitar clinic at a music school in South Africa!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I’ve just completed an advanced guitar video course that took 3 years to publish!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take a moment with your instructor to set some specific goals. This could be as simple as just being inspired by the great music you are learning each week or having specific performance goals.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should ask about the professional’s prior experience.
