Private Music Lessons in Colorado Springs, CO

Music is my life! I love all styles of music and firmly believe EVERYONE CAN SING! I will do all I can to encourage and support aspiring singers and assist those who just need some polishing, as well. I am patient, and I believe in you. I also work with speakers, teachers, actors and voice actors! I am located in southern California and I’m happy to offer in person and online sessions.

bSharp provides private in-home or virtual music instruction in guitar, piano, voice, drums, bass, and songwriting. We tailor each lesson to the student’s specific goals and musical taste while providing the fundamentals of musicianship. Our instructors create a friendly learning environment allowing students to grow at their own pace. Our instructors are professional songwriters, recording artists, and performing musicians, and it is this real-world experience that makes their approach unique. We offer at-home instruction and online lessons through Zoom to make learning on your schedule manageable and flexible.

I have developed my own curriculum unlike any others I have seen. This is based on my study with multiple advanced instructors. Students not only learn to play but they "understand" how music works which makes them "fluent" at it. Seeing people succeed and helping people expand their enjoyment for music by playing and to share my passion for music which can be contagious. I want to see you accomplish more than you can on your own. It is difficult to find the time and motivation, so I will help you to accomplish your goals.

Piano lessons are designed for fun and for low stress. I have taught piano for approximately 25 years in Laramie, WY and Colorado Springs, CO. I teach with emphasis on reading music, counting, theory, and history and how to have fun playing the piano. Lessons are scheduled for once a week (more if needed) and run 60 minutes.
