Welcome! I am an internationally recognized vocalist, having performed in over 8 countries. I am currently based out of Chicago where I work professionally, mainly as a Jazz/Contemporary artist. I have been teaching for over 7 years and I teach in English and Spanish. Whether you're a beginner, coming back after decades off, or an advanced player, my lessons can help you reach the next steps and achieve your goals! I also teach beginner piano as well! It's never too early to start!

If you buy a month at a time, I offer discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I offer a free trial lesson to get a sense of where you’re at and see if we’d be a good fit. From there I craft lesson plans that are tailored to fit your musical needs and goals!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I studied music at Lawrence University and before, during, and since I have studied all over the country and the world. I have performed internationally, in a variety of genres, styles, and settings!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been studying music for over 17 years. I began when I was 10 and I haven’t stopped since. It’s not only my career but my passion. Education and the ability to help others is a plus!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with students of all ages from 5 to 85, varying skill levels from never having studied before to advanced professionals. Whatever your needs are, I craft lessons to specifically fit your needs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

See who works best for you! Private lessons are a very intimate thing and finding someone who you trust and supports best your goals is paramount!
