Introduction

For the last decade, I have maintained a private voice studio of children and adults of all ages. I have over ten years of proven teaching experience and have been performing my entire life. Whether you, have been singing your whole life or are just getting started, I can help you figure out how to start realizing your goals. Are you prepping for an upcoming audition? Are you an adult looking to get back into music? Do you have a child that absolutely loves to sing? Or maybe you just want to learn how to read music or feel confident singing along with the radio. Let me help you! I strive to help each singer achieve their goals with thoughtful attention to technique through personalized vocal warm ups and repertoire. There is nothing better than the moment when a student realizes his or her own improvement in a lesson!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$75/60 minutes

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In our first lesson, I will focus on getting to know you, your voice and musical background, and personal goals. From there, we will discuss the types of music and repertoire you most enjoy working on. I usually offer several selections from which you can choose what you would most like to work on. If there is something you have always been dying to sing, I'm always open to considering your suggestions as well!

Master of Music - Vocal Performance, Temple University / Bachelor of Music - Vocal Performance, University of Nebraska at Lincoln

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been singing since I was very young. I received my Bachelor's degree in voice from the University of Nebraska and my Master's from Temple University. I began teaching in 2006, and never looked back! I am constantly learning and growing as a singer and teacher, and it is my great pleasure to share that with my students in order to help them achieve their goals.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with students of all genders and ages, from beginners to advanced and professionals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In the past two years, my students were admitted to the Manhattan School of Music, Mannes College of Music, and several other prestigious universities. I couldn't be prouder!
