My name is Mikie Cooke and I’m a Pretzel Kids® yoga teacher. Pretzel Kids® is a children’s yoga program offering a structured curriculum created by school teachers. So, what exactly is Pretzel Kids® and why are we different from other kid’s yoga classes? To kids, we're fun, fun, fun! To parents, we’re the answer to helping children stay physically fit and deal more effectively with the pressures of school, activities and peers. Our proven curriculum and amazingly fun yoga program incorporate imaginative yoga games, mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
