Yoga & Meditation with Denelle

Hello! My name is Denelle and I am a professional yoga and meditation teacher based in San Francisco, CA. With more than a decade of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness to students just like you, I offer an authentic and intentional perspective to your experience both on the yoga mat and on the meditation cushion. Since movement is my biggest passion, I love to guide students through an intelligent and exploratory yoga asana sequence while incorporating mindfulness and real-life lessons into the practice. Expect a well-thought out practice, customized to your individual needs and designed to leave you feeling your best! In addition to my yoga studies, I have an MBA, a love of travel and an impassioned zest for life. I am available to teach private or small group sessions. I look forward to meeting you on the mat.
