What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes, I do take workshop teacher training to always upgrade and learn more and more and add other type fitness and yoga certification,there is always place to learn and know more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This is my lifestyle long time,and like one of those things wind came to me, thats my being I wanna everybody be happy healthy...

What types of customers have you worked with?

A lot a talking explaining and making sure they know and they are safe with movement.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Well yes I'm proud that I did changed apt he person life and more proud of him that he trust himself and stick with work out routine and gave everything and changed his life forever now he feels great lost over 60b..... His life completely is different .
