Introduction

As a full-time yoga instructor, I offer highly individualized, private instruction to students of all ages and abilities. I love working one-on-one with clients to help them feel more at home in their bodies and create a practice that meets their needs. An east-coast native, I moved to Encinitas from Brooklyn, NY a few years ago and have been teaching for over 7 years. Whether I'm teaching chair yoga to a 98-year-old woman, a beginner with chronic pain, or a seasoned yogi looking to grow their practice through one-on-one instruction, I offer a therapeutic approach to healing & strengthening the body through mindful movement. By weaving together breath and body awareness, asana, meditation, and deep rest, I aim to create a safe, nourishing space for students to practice self-love & self-care. I offer a special intro rate and package rates for people who want to pay up front in order to receive a discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I treat the first session as an assessment so I can better understand who my clients are and how I can help them feel empowered in their bodies. We then create a plan together that addresses overall goals, injuries, and intentions.
