Hi! I’m Mirela Mattos — a devoted wife, mother of six, and passionate wellness guide based in Woodbridge, Irvine. My journey is rooted in self-growth, healing, and deep connection to nature, movement, and mindful living. As a twice-certified RYT-200 yoga instructor with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience, I bring presence, care, and intention to every session I lead. I’m currently enrolled in a 300-hour advanced teacher training, deepening my knowledge to better support your body, mind, and spirit. My teaching blends alignment-based movement with breathwork, meditation, and intuitive flow.
