Before we begin our sessions, I like to take time to connect with you and discuss your background, intentions for your practice, and any specific needs or requests you may have. This conversation helps me tailor our sessions to align with your goals, drawing on my training in yoga and breathwork to create a personalized and supportive experience. As we continue to practice together, I’ll adjust our flows and breathwork techniques to ensure you feel empowered, balanced, and rejuvenated by each session.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started practicing yoga over 15 years ago as a way to reconnect with myself and find balance during life's challenges. It became a powerful tool for getting out of my head and into my body, helping me feel grounded, present, and capable of facing each day with clarity. This practice, alongside breathwork and holistic modalities, played a profound role in my healing journey after years of battling anxiety and depression. Through yoga, breathwork, travel, and self-reflection, I found lasting peace, freedom, and joy. In our sessions, I blend intentional breathwork, meditation, and physical asana to guide you on your own path of healing and transformation. My goal is to help you feel empowered, centered, and ready to embrace your fullest potential, both on and off the mat.
