Hi there! I’m Alexa & I am a 2x 200HR RYT in the OC area. I am so passionate about yoga. I found yoga after herniating a disc in my spine and dislocating a shoulder. Yoga helped me to heal physically, mentally and emotionally. Now, I’m lucky enough to teach others how to find their own strength, healing, and especially preventing or healing injury. One on one teaching is an incredible way to reach your goals through personalized classes, hands on adjustments, and so much more. I host yoga events and teach online too.
