Hi, my name is Tania Villegas. I aim to support you through your journey. My specialty is beginners yoga but I am also big on strength training. Building in order to get you to where you want to go. I received my training from YogaWorks, a regarded studio for honing LA's top yoga teachers. I am a 500 hour certified Yoga Instructor. I am also a Reiki Master and a Certified Crystal Healer. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to start off with a baseline of my clients. I like to know if there are any physical limitations, injuries, or ailments? What are the clients goals? And what are their expectations for the sessions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a 500 hour Yoga certification through YogaWorks I am a Level 2 Reiki practitioner

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began practicing yoga and felt the benefits, I as well received multiple reiki treatments and loved them. Finding solace through these practices became my passion.

I have worked with all types of customers, from beginners to advanced.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask them how they teach, what methods do they use and see if it matches your needs. See if you are comfortable with their way.
