Wherever you're at on your journey, I'd love to work with you! Yoga is for everyone and every BODY. My goal is to provide a safe, fun and grounded space for you to practice in. Questions are welcome and laughter is necessary, especially during challenging moments. My main style of teaching is vinyasa and gentle vinyasa. I work by first learning more about you and what you are looking to learn or experience throughout your practice (flexibility, strength, calming the mind, pranayama, philosophy etc.) and we go from there! I offer private 1 on 1, small group sessions and special events. We can discuss to figure out what type of program best suits your needs. Looking forward to meeting you!
