I'm a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with an Applied Stretch Certification and over 1200 hours of hands-on stretch therapy experience. First-time clients receive a discount. Rates vary slightly depending on location and the type of service. I occasionally offer promotions, and I’m happy to discuss package rates for ongoing support.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We’ll start with a short conversation to understand your goals and any relevant physical or emotional concerns. Depending on the service, I may observe and assess flexibility or quality of movement to determine what would be most helpful. I tailor each session to your needs and create a safe, welcoming environment. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, I meet you where you are.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I hold certifications in yoga (500 hours), sound healing, stretch therapy, and Ayurvedic counseling. I also have a BA in Anthropology with a minor in Dance and over 10 years of personal practice in movement, mindfulness, and holistic wellness.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started with a deep love for movement. After years of dance, I started practicing yoga. I trained in sound therapy and bodywork to offer a more holistic experience. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through stillness, breath, and gentle movement.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with a wide range of people including athletes, office workers, seniors, new parents, and those recovering from stress or injury. My sessions are adapted to fit each person’s needs and comfort level.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One recent session combined restorative yoga with sound healing for a small group in a private setting. It created a peaceful space for deep relaxation and connection. The session lasted 90 minutes and left everyone feeling lighter and more grounded.
