Introduction
I am a certified 200 RYT, certified prenatal yoga teacher and certified trauma informed yoga teacher. I have taught at studios, private lessons, corporate yoga and currently teach prenatal yoga and yoga to youth at several Santa Clara County Schools and incarcerated youth in Santa Clara County Juvenile Center. I wear many different hats in teaching yoga but my passion is serving the youth and providing mindfulness through yoga and other accessible tools to help them with stress and anxiety.
