Introduction

I am a Sikh-Buddhist Punjabi-American yoga and meditation teacher currently living in the San Gabriel Valley. I have a passion for sharing yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda. I truly believe that movement facilitates happiness and serves as a healing tool. By getting out of our heads and connecting with our bodies, we are able to get back in touch with our internal sources of health and wisdom. I turned to yoga in 2015 during a time of great anxiety and found that this practice brought me to the present and instilled a great sense of gratitude for being alive. I specialize in private, prenatal, and semi-private sessions designed to meet your physical, emotional, spiritual, or wellness need. My classes focus on (Pranayama) breathing techniques, accessible postures for all body types (asana), meditation, and connecting back to source. My hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, connected, and loved. I have 700 hours of yogic training within the traditions of Raja, Vinyasa, and Kundalini Yoga from the Ananda Sangha Center in New Delhi, India, Stretch Yoga in Brisbane, Australia, and from Swaha Yoga in New Orleans. I have recently completed a training in Prenatal Yoga with Living Now Yoga. This practice gave me the freedom and power to be seen and live authentically. It's my pleasure to sculpt sessions to be sure you are seen and heard.
