What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to do an assessment. Speak with each client to see if they have any chronic or acute injuries. That will give me an idea on how to format their session. I also discuss what they are looking to accomplish in their private session and any short and long term goals they would like to achieve.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm certified 200 hrs hatha yoga instructor and registered with yoga alliance.
