Introduction

I have been working in health and wellness for over 10 years as a personal trainer specializing in yoga and senior citizen strength training. I strive to provide the absolute best experience for my clients and help them live their healthiest lives. My programs include building strength, balance, flexibility, mental wellness and more, depending on the client’s desires. Each individual I work with is special to me and therefore receives a carefully curated program that meets the needs of their fitness journey. I’ve had the pleasure of working with students from all walks of life including athletes, celebrities, school children, senior citizens and those battling physical and mental challenges. I’m also currently back in school for physical therapy so that I could provide my clients with even more training in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Prices start as low for $80 for online sessions and can be bought with a bulk discount. Travel costs may increase price. Discounts available for new clients who buy package.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Before we begin, I ask first time clients to fill out a quick questionnaire to gain a better understanding of their health. This is to help understand your level of fitness and if any modifications may be needed. Before starting our session we will have a quick chat to break the ice and get to know a little more about each other. What inspires you to workout? During our time, you will have a personally curated session and we can modify as we go if needed.

100 hr - Maha Yoga Los Angeles, USA 200 RYT - Rishikesh Yog Peet, India CPT - Through ACSM and ACE Over 7 years teaching group classes in studios 500 hours of continuing education credit through Yoga International Kid's Yoga Certified (3 and over)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began as a practitioner for 4 years to help ease stress, anxiety and help with my own PTSD. I had trouble meditating and then found a teacher who inspired me to start instructing as well. Yoga helps me take away my issues and free my mind. My hope is to be able to pass the tools on so I can help people get through whatever they may struggle with.

I am recently fond of integrating yoga into schools for children. I believe this will help kids develop and good foundation for self-esteem, mental/physical fitness and overall emotional consciousness.
