Introduction

Hi there! I provide personalized yoga sessions and travel to the comfort of my client’s homes. I have been teaching for four years and am a E-RYT 500hr yoga instructor. In addition, A&E Wellness is fsa/hsa eligible! Through sessions with me you will gain an increase in flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. When I teach yoga I teach from a lens of decolonization and honor/embrace yoga’s roots. I incorporate breath work, meditation, and yoga movement, and yoga philosophy in my sessions. I am a firm believer that yoga is more than just a workout - if you are wanting to learn all that yoga has to offer I would love to guide you! I teach corporate and in-home private yoga, as well as special events like bachelorette and wedding parties! I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of students from; pregnant women, cancer patients, seniors, and people who have never done yoga. I also have mats that I provide if requested in advance. I take great pride in connecting with my students! I love what I do because I value creating meaningful relationship with others! My soul is fueled by others’ success and self-discovery!

I received my 200 RYT through Corepower in 2017 and my 300 RYT through Ignite Yoga Institute in 2020. I am registered through Yoga Alliance. Other Certifications: Trauma-Informed YTT Yoga, History, Diversity and Inclusion YTT Advanced Meditation & Mindfulness YTT Yoga Service, Philosophy, and Ethics Pre/Post Natal Yoga

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a diverse range of students. Students whom have never done yoga to those experienced. I have taught people from the ages of 3-82 years old.
