I love to teach! I am passionate about showing people the benefits of a consistent yoga practice and how it can improve their lives on so many levels. My classes are calming yet energizing, using breathe and movement to build strength, flexibility, and mobility. I offer private 1 on 1, couple's, and group yoga classes specifically created for you or your event. Conferences, corporate/team building, at home, Airbnb special occasions, couples, birthday, bachelorette, bridal shower, Red Rocks.. I bring the yoga class to you and design thoughtful and creative classes for everyone at all levels. I am a RYT-500 teacher registered with Yoga Alliance and am certified to teach Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin and have a Yoga for Athletes certification. My pricing is based on availability, distance and special class requests. I'm flexible and would love to work out a reasonable price for you or your event. Lets chat!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A 15 minute free consultation to see if we're a good fit for each other.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a RYT-500 teacher certified in Vinyasa and Hatha registered by Yoga Alliance.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began my certifications simply to learn more about my own practice. After my 500 hour training friends and family started requesting classes and I realized I REALLY enjoy teaching and spreading the message of yoga and a yogic lifestyle.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Group classes and private yoga sessions at my clients home. I prefer to teach outside of a gym or studio as it gives me flexibility and provides a more personal relationship with my students.
