I offer children and adults purposeful rest experiences to renew a sense of WELL-BEING and promote feelings of safety by releasing accumulated stress and tension. I will guide you (& your child/children) into slower brain wave states such as Alpha and Theta, to allow focus, self-regulate & transform. My understanding of the physical body started when I was a child and trained in figure skating. Yoga as a young adult helped to heal and balance my body. I have been fortunate to have been a student of high level teachers throughout my life. Many have told me that I am a natural teacher. Most importantly, I teach from my heart in balance with all that my head and body know.
