Coming from a background in Behavior Therapy, I am able to provide personalized plans that can help you achieve your goals, or aligning with what serves your highest good. I certified in USUI Reiki, RYT-200 (trauma informed, Power Vinyasa, Gentle Yoga, Yin, restorative, etc.) and can add strength training such as barre or Pilates if requested.
