What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Ask what their yoga experience is, what injuries or boundaries am I working with, and what are you looking to get out of your practice.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yoga Alliance registered 200hr E-RYT ACE group fitness certified 20hr Yoga for Seniors Certified Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid certified 24hr trauma informed yoga certified through the Prison Yoga Project 25hr Chair Yoga certified

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing yoga 10 years ago to help with flexibility and mental focus. After realizing the benefits go further than that, I went to India to receive my certification and started teaching in 2018.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All bodies are yoga bodies and I have worked with practitioners of all ages and body types. I can work with any limitations that may be set

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone you are comfortable with. Someone you feel like will be able to help you reach your specific goals and help deepen your yoga practice.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What Injuries do I have? What boundaries will I set? What am I looking to receive from my Yoga practice? Where and when will I practice? Am I comfortable with this instructor guiding me through my practice?
