Bachelorette yoga, corporate, & other private groups includes all of South Florida. ------------ SFL Yoga & Wellness is a mobile yoga & fitness class provider, serveing all of South Florida including Broward, Dade, & Palm Beach county. Most classes will be conducted with owner & lead teacher Tamara Fayad, our team of qualified yoga instructors may work with you as well. SFL Yoga & Wellness was founded in 2019 by South Florida yoga teacher Tamara Fayad. Tamara has been teaching yoga since 2014 and has taught in a wide range of settings to a wide range of teachers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Introductory pricing is available for private one-on-one lessons and corporate yoga lessons. Pricing includes all material for the class including mats for large groups, aromatherapy, and beach blankets for beach classes. Beach yoga classes do come at a higher price. Private one-on-one classes are bought in packages of 4 or 8.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For private one-on-one classes there is an introductory meeting to discuss needs/goals, to schedule time, and to sign any forms needed. For Bachelorette or large group classes, a 50% deposit is due 1 week before the class and the remaining 50% is due the day of the class.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All SFL Yoga & Wellness instructors are certified through the yoga alliance. Please visit our website (located above) for more information on each individual teacher. Owner and Lead Teacher Tamara Fayad is a Yoga Alliance certified Experienced Yoga Teacher. (E-RYT200). This means she has completed 200 hours of training and has over 5 years of experience. Additionally, Tamara has taught over 2,000 hours worth of yoga. Tamara completed her initial training in March 2014 through Juliana's Art of Yoga School with Juliana Trejo of Yoga 4 Life Studios in Coral Springs, FL. Tamara's training taught her how to teach through intuition and exposed her to many different styles of yoga. Tamara's teaching style is vary adaptable and she is very comfortable teaching all styles and all levels of the practice.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Tamara has been involved in the South Florida yoga community since 2014. After teaching in the area with all different types of students in all different types of settings, she decided to start SFL Yoga & Wellness. She started SFL Yoga & Wellness so that she could bring studio quality classes to anyone seeking yoga.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with customers of all ages and abilities. We've taught kids yoga, chair yoga for seniors, beginners, advanced practitioners and everything in between. The styles we teach include: vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, hatha yoga, gentle yoga, beginners yoga, and hatha flow.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about why you want to start practicing yoga. Do you want to try a new form of exercise? Do you have an injury? Certain health issues? Do you want to be more relaxed? Learn to concentrate? Meditate? Once you figure out your goals it will make your experience with your teacher all the more beneficial. Feel free to ask your instructor to help you figure out what type of practice will help fit your needs.
