I genuinely care about my client’s needs and helping them reach their health goals. I will customize your class according to your specific ailments or health issues you’re wanting to work on. I also offer classes where I use 100% certified therapeutic grade essential oils and offer assistance on how to incorporate them into your daily wellness routine. In my classes you will learn how to breathe and connect with your body as well as relieve stress and anxiety. You will also improve your flexibility and overall health and notice the changes after only a few sessions. I offer a free yoga assessment / meet and greet to see if we’re a good fit for each other.
