What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is per session. in Yoga classes you can invite a friend for half price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We'll have a call to discuss your goals in this process and see what of my services can work best for you. ✳️Access Bars sessions. it will be 60 min in a relaxing place with no need of sharing emotions or talk about your problems. Just a deep relaxing time where limiting beliefs will be worked on 32 points of your head. Depending on each client we can do a session weekly or biweekly. ✳️Yoga classes can be done in Your place or at a Park or a Beach near us. it all depends on your liking and you can also invite someone for half of the price! Depending on the client we can do a Workout Yoga or a more meditative version. We can go in a cycle of weekly or biweekly sessions with the idea of balancing the chakras and understanding of the energy within you.

200hrs Hatha Yoga certification in Thailand. 2 Access Bars Practitioner certifications

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I believe wellness is Spiritual, Emotional, Nutritional and Fitness. I started with Yoga in 2015 added Fitness and nutrition in 2020 and on 2023 I found myself using more and more tools of Access Consciousness so I went all in to share this easy way of finding yourself.
