Namaste yogis, my name is James Cheripka and I have been practicing yoga for the past 15 years. Teaching since 2019. Yoga has improved my life greatly and I would love to do the same for you. I teach breathing practices and physical excercises to help calm the body and mind. My classes are catered to your needs for relaxation or full body toning all while increasing strength and flexibility. Styles offered are Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, Yogalates and Pre-natal. Group sessions or private. Group rates available with mats for group classes and corporate events! Sound bath and guided meditation also available.
