I have been a yoga teacher for over 12 years, and I have been practicing for more than 13. I have completed the 500 hour (RYT) Registered Yoga Teacher Training with YogaWorks, and I have over 1,000 hours of registered yoga trainings with Yoga Alliance. I also hold certifications in Physical and Sports Therapy Aide. Also, I am a Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor with 500 hours of training from Club Pilates. I am passionate when it comes to sharing my love for yoga and Pilates. Years of experience have taught me that practicing yoga or Pilates is more than just a healthy choice; it grants you the wisdom that comes when your body and mind are in perfect harmony.
