Introduction

Yoga is for EVERY BODY. And every body is for yoga! It’s my hope that with a little effort and trust in yourself we can uncover the AMAZING energy that is already inside of you. Deepen your connection to your body and spirt through the beneficial breath and body work that Yoga can bring. Hey y’all! I’m KJ. Yoga has been apart of my life for over ten years, and my practice truly teaches me something new everyday. In 2016 I received my 200hr RYT from Jai Dee Massage and Yoga in Tampa,Florida and am currently working through my 500hr certification. My favorite part of this beautiful practice is sharing how it allows the inner spaces of the heart and spirit to open along with body. Meeting each person where they are in their yoga journey is how I like to personalize each practice. This is a lifelong journey so there is no reason to rush. I specialize in a strong vinyasa-flow style practice with lots of room for expansion into arm balances and inversions but enjoying teach all levels of yogis.
