I teach breathing practices and physical excercises to help calm the body and mind. My classes are catered to your needs for relaxation or full body toning all while increasing strength and flexibility. Styles offered are Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, Yogalates and Pre-natal.
