We center ourselves . We find ourselves as we evolve in our practice together . There are no absolutes in our journey together .. we will begin where we are and grow grow grow . 😊

Yoga alliance teacher training . Registered yoga teacher .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve been a yogi for 20 years ... so I decided to attempt to heal myself holistically after a long journey away from yoga . I reached out to my yoga mentor .. in a moment of clarity . “Help” I said I think my allergies are in need of some mind body reconciliation . This is where I began my intense training. Once I realized the impact of the process I chose teacher training. And, subsequently fell in love with the process of sharing the knowledge. So, here I am . Sharing the light.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with very private students , whose schedules and needs are unique and specific. I am very well versed in that customer . We evolve your practice unique to you.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

This is a hard question. I am fond of every soul i connect with. We grow together. I love the evolution of my students as it evolves me . I am a yogi because I know that as we practice we grow , we evolve and mankind finds peace. Namaste! 🌎
