Personal Healing is multi-dimensional and truly involves the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of a person's life. KellyLynnPrime (find me on IG) has studied under the most gifted and talented Masters and Coaches in the world. Integrative Life Coaching, which incorporates Energy Healing, Nutrition, Mindfulness, Processing and Yoga round out her fields of study which she began in 2009. As a former high school English Teacher you could also say that she's been a "Life Coach" since 1998. KellyLynn offers a plethora of different methods and approaches punctuated by understanding, acceptance and integrity to help you achieve harmony and satisfaction. She is a proud to follow a lifestyle that she has worked hard to create. She’s been overweight, injured, depressed, anxious and overwhelmed before at different points in her life. A carnivore diet, along with some other things, helped her restore balance in her mind and body. As a woman nearing 50, she happily appreciates the challenges of gracefully getting older. KellyLynn loves assisting people who may feel frustrated about their circumstances and are tired of putting the needs of EVERYONE else before their own needs.
