Fun Facts: I am a mom, an actress, love making videos, living a natural lifestyle, cooking healthy meals, and using essential oils! I know first-hand how healing movement, yoga, and meditation can be and I am honored to share that with you. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I will set up a package depending on your goals and how often you want to practice yoga.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will chat before our first session on your goals and after our first yoga session I can write a program for you. We can use Facetime/Skype/Zoom.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have taught over 1500 hours of yoga and completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training along with an additional Yoga for Cancer training. My certificate is in my photos. My training never stops, & I am constantly learning.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It is funny, it just happened and I am glad it did. It does seem this is my gift in life. Yoga has gotten me through the good times, and the hard times.
