Introduction

YoSoul Yoga’s mission is to provide a serene environment for people to grow in their spiritual and physical practice through movement and meditation. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. My love for yoga came from wanting to find an intimate space to connect with my mind, body and spirit. I want to share my love and passion for yoga with others. My style is warm and caring which draws individuals to her. Be ready to enter a Vinyasa practice that will comfort the mind, relax the body, and enlighten the spirit. I also offer chair yoga for those individuals who are looking for a gentle form of yoga. Currently, I teach at Studio Yogi and Trinity United Church of Christ.

Class price is $15 per person. Private and group sessions varies based upon location and travel.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

There is an intake process so I can get to know the customer's needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an Associates in Medical Assisting and a Bachelor in Biology. I am CPR certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Being a college student, I need a way to decompressed and this was my way to do so.

I worked with a range of customers, They range for beginners to advance.
