I am a passionate yoga instructor offering both virtual and in person Yoga classes that are entirely focused on individual’s well being.

For folks looking to hire me as a professional musician/performer: I sing professionally at various gigs in the NYC/Central NY/Boston/New England areas, covering genres such as classical, jazz, musical theatre, alt rock, soul, indie, and blues. For those seeking music entertainment for events such as weddings, parties, or fundraisers, please send me a message directly. For music students: My music teaching philosophy is rooted in holistic approaches to learning, paired with a commitment to the fundamentals, especially as it pertains to technique and detail. I have the knowledge to provide you with the tools needed for success in your area of interest, and I also have the patience, compassion, and motivation that is needed in establishing a student-teacher relationship. I also am a RYT 200 certified yoga teacher (see below) and often infuse some of my trauma-informed yoga training into my music teaching. College students may qualify for discounts; please inquire for more information.
