Hello! My name is April Madole. I am a certified fitness instructor. I teach yoga, cardio step class, and spin classes. I've been teaching for 7 years and I love and take deep passion in what I do. I teach all platforms through zoom or on person for locals. I also have a homebound seniors virtual zoom class through zoom as well for those who just can't get out their homes much anymore. No matter the circumstances, we all need exercise. I am AFAA certified for fitness instructor, yoga certified through Yoga East Studio, spin certified through spinning.com, and step certified through les mills! For yoga class you'll need a mat, yoga blocks, and a yoga belt. For spin classes you'll need a cycling bike. For step class you'll need a step platform. My goal is to guide my clients to a state of relaxation and connection with their bodies. I view yoga as a way to calm the mind by working with the body. I will create a safe space for you to open up and explore your body safely, with emphasis on breath and alignment. My sessions are suited specifically to your needs and goals.
