What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing typically starts at $150 for a small private group session and can vary based on travel, group size, and what’s included (like mat rentals or sound healing). I offer add-ons like custom meditations, playlists, and more, and I’m happy to work with you on creating a package that fits your event and budget. Just let me know what you’re envisioning!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, I’ll ask a few quick questions to understand your group size, goals, and the feel you want for the session. Whether you want a stress-relieving reset for your team or a fun, glow-up themed session for your bridal crew, I tailor the experience accordingly. I can bring mats, music, sound bowls, and a calm energy that meets your group where they’re at. Once we confirm details, I’ll handle the rest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified yoga and meditation teacher with additional training in mindfulness, breathwork, and trauma-informed practices. I’ve studied Kundalini, vinyasa, and restorative yoga, and I’m currently studying somatic healing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I graduated from yoga teacher training during the height of COVID. Like a lot of people, I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious, so I started sharing daily meditations on ************ and teaching weekly virtual classes. The practice helped me feel grounded, and I wanted to offer that to others. I also noticed I didn’t see a lot of people in the wellness world who looked like me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve taught sessions for corporate offices, wellness retreats, bridal and bachelorette parties, birthday gatherings, women’s circles, schools, and nonprofit events. I also work privately with individuals who are navigating anxiety, burnout, or just simply want to learn to meditate. Whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth, I create a welcoming and empowering space that meets you where you are.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my favorite recent events was teaching yoga and meditation for a small group of runners preparing for the Boston Marathon. I offered grounding breathwork and mindful movement sessions to help them relax, focus, and connect with their bodies before race day. It was such an inspiring group, and it reminded me how powerful these practices are, not just for physical recovery, but for mental clarity and emotional regulation, too.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you’re planning a wellness event, bachelorette party, or corporate session, think about the vibe you want your group to leave with. Do you want it to feel relaxed and restorative? Uplifting and energizing? A good provider will ask questions to customize the experience so that it feels personal and aligned with your group’s needs. Don’t be afraid to ask about experience, teaching style, or how they create an inclusive space.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It helps to know:
– What’s the occasion? (Corporate wellness, birthday, bachelorette, etc.)
– How many people will be participating?
– Is there a vibe you’re hoping to create? (Fun, calm, reset, energizing, etc.)
– Will it be indoors or outdoors?
– Will you need mats provided?
Even if you’re unsure, I’ll help you figure it out.
