My mission is to recognize my students’ individual needs and honor their uniqueness. In my years as a teacher I have worked with people of all ages and abilities. I firmly believe that a yoga practice is most beneficial when personalized. I help my clients find balance and strength, peace and stability. We will work together to heal your body and clear your mind. With years of experience and over 1500 hours of training, I can craft a bespoke therapeutic practice to fit your specific needs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$100 for an hour $50 for 30 minutes

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will talk and do a wellness assessment, spend some time planning out goals and figure out where imbalances may be happening so we can work on improving physical and mental well being

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 1300 hours plus of yoga training, I am Reiki 1 certified and have spent many hours working with different teachers and students which I think is the best school of all.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I found yoga at first because of a herniated disc, but once I had a regular practice I realized it was not only helping me physically but mentally as well. I want to be able to help others find that mind body connection!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am reprograming my crystals after my reiki training, still in progress!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I think you need to talk and meet with the person to make sure you align and feel comfortable with them.

I think they should inquire about trainings, teachings and ask if they have any trauma informed experience
